We are a non-profit group of volunteers who live in the neighbourhood. Our goal is to keep affordable yoga available to those around us.

Our Locations

Lynwood Community Building - 7 Sycamore; Beside tennis courts.
Westcliffe Community Building - 681 Seyton Drive.

Our Instructors

Sara Hofing (St. John)

Sarah became a 200 hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher in 2010. Sarah aims to provide a yoga sanctuary in her classes by connecting to breath and creating body awareness.

Cyndie Found

Cyndie is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher. Cyndie strives to create enjoyable classes that will give participants the framework within which to experiment and experience.

Classes

Gentle Beginner Yoga

This class will help introduce yoga to anyone just starting out or those who want a more gentle experience. Many props will be used and lots of fun will be had!  Beginner level class.
1. Tuesdays 6:15pm – 7:15pm
Lynwood Community Building - Sarah Hofing

Yogette

Enjoy exploring different styles of Hatha Yoga. This style is based on positions and stretches. The class may be fast paced one week and slow and restorative the next. There will always be focus on tuning into the body and coming back to your breath.  Basic understanding of poses recommended.
1. Sundays 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Hatha Yoga

Enjoy exploring different styles of Hatha Yoga. This style is based on positions and stretches. The class may be fast paced one week and slow and restorative the next. There will always be focus on tuning into the body and coming back to your breath.  Previous yoga experience recommended.

Hatha Flow

A natural progression from Hatha classes, this is a more energetic and physically demanding class. Flow classes are sequenced postures, linking moves with breath. The purpose is to improve strength flexibility, stamina and concentration. Previous yoga experience recommended.
1. Sundays 5pm – 6pm
